Christmas is almost here (seriously when did December happen?) and instead of doing all the Christmas shopping I have on my to-do list, I’m spending my days searching the internet for the best Christmas cocktails, the yummiest looking desserts and the most eye-catching salads.
Just in case you guys are busy actually working through your to-do list, I have put together some of the best damn looking Christmas cocktails you will find on the internet.
If you put rosemary in a cocktail it automatically becomes a Christmas morning cocktail, right? If you’re not convinced, add this Pomegranate Rosemary Spritzer from a House in the Hills with to your brunch menu. Thank me later.
Red, green and bubbles, you couldn’t make this more Christmas-y if you tried – Raspberry Limoncello Prosecco from Damn Delicious.
Another rosemary infused drink, this Blood Orange Gin Sparkler from 101 Cookbooks has been a favourite of mine for a few years. I make the rosemary sugar syrup in advance then take the ingredients down to the beach with some ice for a delicious breakfast drink – because it is never too early for a Christmas cocktail.
The Big Sister from Vanilla and Bean is made with cranberry juice, orange juice, ginger beer and vodka and I’d like someone to bring me one right now please.
This doesn’t scream Christmas like some of the others on this list but if someone served it up to me this festive season I certainly wouldn’t say no – Lavender Infused Tom Collins from Flavour of Spice.
And last but not least, a Fall French 75 Cocktail with Pear, Ginger and Vanilla Bean from Freckle and Fair, enough said.
Which ones are you going to try?
